We accept returns only for unused, unopened, and undamaged products within 7 days of delivery. Due to hygiene reasons, opened nasal strips cannot be returned.

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
No, shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. Refunds apply only to the product cost (if eligible).
In such cases, the amount is usually reversed automatically within 3–5 business days by your bank. If not, contact us with payment proof and we’ll coordinate with Razorpay to resolve it.
