Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled within 6 hours of placing the order if the item has not been shipped.
To request a cancellation, please contact us at support@oxyfill.com with your order details.
Once the order has been shipped, we cannot process cancellations.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds are applicable only under the following conditions:
The product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
The product has not been used and is returned in its original packaging within 7 days of delivery.
The issue must be reported to our support team within 48 hours of delivery at support@oxyfill.com , along with photos or videos of the product.
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be initiated to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to hygiene and health safety, nasal strips that have been opened or used cannot be returned or refunded.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet:
First, check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company or payment provider (it may take some time before your refund is officially posted).
